Uninstalling the protection

Windows®

On Windows 11:

Start  > Settings  > Apps Apps & Features.

Find the application you want to remove. Click More > Uninstall.

On Windows 10:

Start >Settings  > Apps Apps & Features

Find the application you want to remove. Click Uninstall.

On Windows 8 and higher

Control Panel > Programs and Features > Uninstall.

You can also go directly to the Programs and Features window by typing "uninstall a program" in the Windows® search box, next to the operating system Start button.

On Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2003, 2008, and 2012

Control Panel > Programs and Features > Uninstall/Change.

On Windows XP

Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs.

Performing a clean uninstall

If the aforementioned procedure does not finish successfully, we recommend that you completely remove the antivirus files and registry entries.

WARNING: Your computer will reboot at the end of the process to ensure a clean uninstall.

A dialog box appears to restart your computer. Even if it does not appear, a computer restart is required to complete the uninstallation process.

macOS ®

Finder > Applications. 

Drag the application you want to uninstall to the Trash.

Android™

On your Android device, open Settings. Navigate to Security > Device Administrators. Clear the checkbox for the product you want to uninstall. Tap Disable > OK. In Settings, tap Apps. Tap the name of the product you want to uninstall > Uninstall > OK.

iOS®

Press and hold the icon of the product you want to uninstall. Tap the ‘x’ in the corner of the icon.
