The master password unlocks all the contents stored in Panda Dome Passwords. For security reasons, this password is not stored on Panda Security servers.
If you forget your master password, you can reset your account by entering the recovery key you received when you activated your Panda Dome Passwords. Resetting your account deletes all your data and passwords saved in the password manager.
This is the only way you can use Panda Dome Passwords again with the same email address.
To reset your master password, follow these steps:
Open Panda Dome Passwords through the browser extension or from the app.
Click I’ve forgotten my password.
Fill in the fields to reset your account:
Enter your email address.
Enter the Panda Dome Passwords recovery key.
Enter a new master password.
