Still I wasn’t able to instal on XP 64 bits w/ SP2 =( Although the installation says “Instalation Requirements: (…) XP with SP2 or later”, isn’t it compatible with XP64?
so… panda cloud is actually 32-bit and not 64-bit? it’s just “compatible” with 64-bit?
@Leo It’s compatible with 64bits Vista & Windows 7. Windows XP x64 is not supported by Cloud Antivirus.

@Jetable This is impossible. The database of cloudantivirus.com users is completely locked off and is not being used for absolutely anything. I can assure you that the spam you got did NOT come from signing up to cloudantivirus.com.

I tried to open an account and after entering my information it said “Cannot complete that action” or something like that. No reason was given. All I can think of is it didn’t like the domain name on my email. I’m hoping the virus protection works anyway.

I believe your anti virus cloud should form part of your products or it is already incorpurated.Never the less,this will be my third year with Panda.My upgraded pc sports NOD32 anti virus (trail) with cloud support,with light footprint.My new install will be Panda antivirus.On result i will decide.

I can only see the image of the program for a few seconds, then it goes away and I only have a white square on my computer screen. I have reloaded it and ran it as ‘repair’ this made no difference. I am running windows 7 32 bit, so I am thinking it actually isn’t compatible with windows 7. Have been unable to find technical help on this matter, I was sent an email supposedly with a link for technical support, but this is where the link landed me, so I would have to say there is NO technical support for this program!

I have it installed on two computers with XP operating systems, and there is the little panda icon down on the task bar to tell you its working right. But when I put it on Windows 7 computer there is no icon and I have to go to find the program to see if its ok. Is that normal?
@Paul Wallace Yes Windows 7 by default hides most traybar icons. You have to click on the traybar’s leftmost upper-arrow icon and then click “Customize…” in order to set which icons you want shown at all times.
I was skeptic at first but has proven to be reliable and accurate. Great job guys!

any one out there who can help me get the $RECYCLE.BIN and the varients off the computer registry. I installed panda thinking that I could use it against the recycler. now no use.

You don’t need to update Panda Cloud. That is what makes it different….and better. The database is in the cloud and not on your PC.
