Not sure how else to notify Panda but…when I try to fill out a tech support query the text box won’t let me type in the software type so I can’t support a query…I’ve tried useing it in both IE and Mozilla and it won’t let me type in an answer
Hi Charlotte,
Thank you for writing on our blog.
For technical queries, however, please refer to our Technical Support Forum, and Panda technicians will assist you.
Best regards,
Blanca

It would be nice if your tech support forms would work properly. But since the softweare doesn’t work I shouldn’t be suprised that tech support doesn’t either. I will be purchasing another product tomorrow. Thanks for nothing.
@Ivan
Thanks for your comment. As you told me in your last email your problem is fixed, if you have any other incident fell free to contact me or post your problem at our technical support forum.
