If you don’t have version 1.5 installed yet don’t worry. As we are releasing the automatic and transparent upgrade little by little in a few days your copy of Panda Cloud Antivirus will upgrade itself automatically.
This keyword of this release is improved performance. In addition new features suggested by the user community have been added as well.

- CPU consumption has been reduced thanks to improvements in the BackgroundScan.
- New graphical installer.
- Ability to close the banner.

- Fixed error when trying to open Panda Cloud Antivirus right after install.
- Fixed problems registering with Windows Security Center.
- Fixed access violation in PSUNSuspects.dll when opening console.

- Fixed Error Code 11 when trying to undo an exclusion for a file which has been deleted from the drive.
- Fixed Error Code 11 when trying to insert into the Recycle Bin a file which was also excluded from the scan.
- Fixed error which prevented opening the GUI and showing the traybar icon.

I run Avast! AV and remember being told Panda Cloud can co-exist with it by vitue of it being a cloud app as opposed to an internally installed app. Is this true?

Been goin’ NUTSO trying to get my system to recognize I’d “LIKED” it on Facebook & *should* be updated to the Pro Version. (And I *do* mean “nutso” which, for an artist, is pretty bad. Kept suppressing an urge to chop off my ear! 😉
But instead of recognizing Panda, free OR Pro, I kept getting a “‘Windows Sec’ty Center’ can’t find an anti-virus program. Please find one online, now…” message until I finally, uneasily, turned the message ctr off.
Well, imagine how p.o.’d I was (after a Ccleaner run) when I rebooted & saw a big red “X” over my Panda! I knew polar bears are facing extinction & KNOW “Ling Ling, the Panda bear” [or was it Tsing-Tsing? No. That’s a jail, right?] was forced to go back to China, but C’MON already!)
As if THAT wasn’t bad enough, a pop-up said my “Panda anti-virus program” wasn’t working & I should *try* rebooting my ‘puter.
Tho’ I’d little hope by then (I’d just *finished* a reboot, remember?), I unwillingly did so & lo and behold (i.e., OMG!) as soon as I logged on my Panda program began updating & (OMG-OMG!) my Panda’s “X” was gone AND Windows Sec’ty Center recognized it! (“WSC meet Panda. Panda, meet WSC. Now shake hands & give each other kisses…” [Hey, it works for my dog/s!])
THANK YOU, PANDA!!! (Now if you would only let loose summa that RAIN you’re holdin’ on the drought stricken Southwest, all will be right w/ the world!)

Do you know what I like second best about Panda AV? I don’t *need* to know how it works, which is just as well because I’m a writer, not a computer person. I’ve been using it since it was beta download. One of the very few beta downloads I’ve ever touched. I probably wouldn’t have even looked at it if it hadn’t been *strongly suggested* by the late Tim Carter (Red Barren).
As for the thing I like best, that dead simple.
It just *works*. Quietly and unobtrusively. I’ve not had anything nasty on my computer since I first installed Panda. I run Malware Bytes and Spybot once a week,just out of good habit, but there’s nothing there for them to deal with.

I’ve been using panda for a while no and its kept me protected so far…i’ve also installed it on other computers for friends and then someone else comes along and gets rid of panda and puts on something else and when asked why they said “it was because they heard it was one of the best anti-virus around”….now i have read an article from i think it was PC World and they tried panda against other programs and panda took first place, and it was up against some of the programs that those friends had put on it….oh well keep up the good work

good afternoon. I have just begun using panda on one of my network computers as a test box and am considering dropping trend micro in favor of panda. I only have one question, and that is in the area of the firewall. Does panda now or in the future Plan on firewall activities? either through strengthening the Windows firewall or creating one of its own. I don’t really care for relying on Windows firewall.
this is not a deal killer, I am just curious. Trend micro adds just a small amount to the Windows firewall and I am not impressed by it, although it is effective. I do very much like the idea of all of the virus signatures being in one place and being improved through user information in the way that panda is

Sinceramente estoy sumamente contento con Panda Cloud, lo que voy a decir va a parecer propaganda, pero mi computadora siempre tenía un problema colgando, estaba lenta, y era susceptible de gusanos, troyanos y virus prové con todo tipo de antivirus: Bit-defender, Kapersky, Avast, Nod32, Norton etc, pero se hacía lenta y pesada, aparte que impedía el uso de otros programas, aparte que eran incompleto pues si detectaba el intruso, no lo podía eliminar, y si lo hacía no lo hacia completamente, pues volvía a aparecer, erauna pesadilla, en cambio con Panda Cloud, lo hace todo, los detecta, elimina, ahora ni siquiera los deja asomarse.
Panda Cloud es el mejor antivirus q he tenido, como dijeron por ahí, en pocas palabras “Amo Panda Cloud”, le doy gracias a sus creadores….

Bordeando los 70 años de edad, quiero felicitar y agradecer a quienes han hecho posible este maravilloso regalo ya que representa la posibilidad de una solución global frente a los piratas informáticos, quienes no trepidan en infectar nuestros pc`s , sin pensar que las graves consecuencias significan un desembolso económico muchas veces inalcanzables para las personas más desposeídas. I slaved in a hard drive from a disabled Vista PC and scanned it with several AV programs. Panda surprised me by being the only AV program I’ve used that detected and cleaned palladium.exe from an infected PC. Avast and Adaware both missed it. The faster scan times will help a ton.
PANDA is indeed great…we get anti-virus protection FREE, unlike some rip-offs like McA…and Nor… which keep popping up for renewals…this is spaming and irritating. Panda is doing a public service but we who benefit should not expect good things to last forever, so I’m promoting Panda so that they will build up a vast traffic and be worthwhile for ADVERTISERs to use them…the more the better for them and the consumers.
Let us do our part, get more users for PANDA….HOORAY !

how to remove panda notification in the taskbar? (the one with ‘panda cloud antivirus updated automatically’). ok, it’s the new version, i get it. but do you have to show it all day?
I was a bit disappointed when Panda could not protect me last week from the “XP Home Security 2012” virus. It did notice it, but couldn’t prevent the virus to completely take over control. It probably slipt through the cracks of my Opera browser. On the other hand, it did stop a en few virusses succesfully in the last year. I’ll keep using it. I love the cloud-concept for a virusscanner.

Hola, yo no se mucho de computación pero estoy muy contenta porque estoy protegida. Quiero saber si en caso de detectarse un virus, el programa me lo hace saber inmediatamente y cómo figura el aviso.
Otra pregunta: cuando estoy escribiendo, el cursor salta para los reglones superiores, será por que aprieto alguna tecla que no corresponde o porque hay un virus que lo hace?. El osito me dice que estoy libre de virus. Gracias.

Muchas felicidades por crear este antivirus sin panda no se que aria la verdad me a servido de mucho por mas de un año; yo lo e recomendado con varios amigos y les a funcionado bien igual que a mi gracias por las actualizaciones y sobre todo por el programa de panda

I am getting a very annoying pop up saying Panda has been updated. To see what is new, brings me to this page. I just cant stand this annoying every few minutes pop up that when you click on x of toolbar, for several additional times, it make instant appearance.
Any help?

Panda Cloud AV is an excellent solution for the Serious Professional or the Average User. I give this product, on a scale of 1 – 10, an 11!
In my five years of Panda use, I have not had one negative event reach my oS from malware or viruses. I suggest Panda to anyone who will listen, especially those who have just suffered a breach with one of the other “BIG Three” products.

Ах, уЕво знаит вроди хороший Ан тивирус. Во всяком случаи вот уж года 3 (или больш?) пользуюссь всё вроде бы прекрасно Главное – он не блокирует всё подряд (и нужное и ненужное) как какой-нибуть Symantec (многих перепробовал).
Но это Panda CLOUD Antivirus, а просто Panda Antivirus – тоже страшная фигня (пробовал его поставить – вообще позакрывал почти все нужные .EXE ,многие программы пришлось переустанавливать

After auto-upgrade, a pop-up panda box on my screen appears relentlessly. What a pain in the a**. Will be de-installing panda.

You’re posting your complaints in the wrong area! (No one even knows these are UP here.)
I’ve called the issue to the attn of one of the mods (who I assume will begin addressing the issue shortly–the support staff really IS beyond great), but if you want to get a jump on the others, find a more appropriate area (“Bugs & Issues” comes to mind) for ur complaints & repost, *there*!
This is for “comments” as in, “LIKE/Don’t Like” comments, NOT a place for “fixes” & “probs”!
Seems like we will have to give the Panda a try after reading so many positive reviews.
