Panda Security, the Cloud Security company, today announced that, for the second consecutive year, Everything Channel’s CRN named the company a ‘Top 20 Cloud Security Vendor,’ as par
t of their Coolest Cloud Computing Vendor list, a comprehensive compilation highlighting the most innovative cloud vendors and solutions for the channel.
The CRN ‘Top 20 Cloud Security Vendors’ list recognized Panda Security’s innovative, cloud-based approach to security featured by its Panda Cloud Protection suite, a lightweight managed security service that automates all maintenance tasks and allows SMBs to stay focused on their core business. Panda Cloud Protection includes three separately available solutions: Panda Cloud Office Protection, Panda Cloud Email Protection and Panda Cloud Internet Protection. This three-pronged approach ensures all the main infection vectors are instantaneously protected by threats as they are identified. Panda Cloud Office Protection’s single sign-on functionality also allows channel partners to easily identify opportunities for generating additional revenue and sales with more transparent administrative monitoring.
“Panda Cloud Protection offers better protection against new threats, and this consecutive recognition by CRN further validates our corporate protection strategic model as well as our channel business model”, said Juan Santana, CEO of Panda Security. “We’ll continue with our commitment to developing these solutions over the next few months, as we have some great new opportunities for our channel partners”.
“This year’s Coolest Cloud Computing Vendors list is based on a cloud vendor’s approach to creating an innovative product in the IT channel,” said Kelley Damore, vice president and editorial director at CRN. “Specifically, these vendors help resellers transform themselves into true service providers and help organizations and enterprises take advantage of the ease, flexibility, scalability, elasticity and cost savings that leveraging cloud computing has to offer.”
A sample of the list can be viewed in the March 28th issue of CRN.
